The Hanukkah lamp of Koppel Reich. According to the traditions, the large, 18th-century brass Hanukkah lamp was used by the orthodox chief rabbi of Budapest, Koppel Reich (1838-1929). From 1927 until his death, Koppel Reich, who reorganized the Orthodoxy of Budapest, was the parliamentary representative of the Orthodox Jews, the doyen of the Hungarian Parliament.
